Feb. 6. There’s a tornado watch in effect until 5 pm, as well as a flash flood watch in effect until late tonight, according to the National Weather Service. About an inch of rain has fallen across much of the area, with another 1-2 inches possible. Showers and wind are expected, along with the threat of possible severe weather. Tornados are reported on the ground in Gaston County, moving in an easterly direction. Please be careful!
