Panthers, Atrium distribute masks

Carolina Panthers President Tom Glick distributes masks at the Atrium Health Million Mask Initiative.

Sept. 28. Atrium Health, the Carolina Panthers and Johnson C. Smith University partnered together to distribute more than 30,000 masks Saturday to people, businesses and organizations as part of Atrium

JCSU President Clarence Armbrister.

Health’s Million Mask Initiative. The event was held on the campus of JCSU.

Among those helping to pass out masks was Carolina Panthers President Tom Glick (pictured), JCSU President Clarence Armbrister, Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles and Atrium Health SVP and Metro Region Chief Medical Officer Dr. Gary Little.

Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Lowe’s, Red Ventures and Mecklenburg County are also part of the effort which is bringing more than 2 million masks directly to the public, with a special focus on vulnerable and underserved communities.
