May 8. There’s a second home in Cornelius on the market for more than $10 million. A 7,200 square foot lakefront home on Belle Isle was listed at $12 million late last month with broker Lori Ivester Jackson.

The five-bedroom home sits on 1.44 acres, with 365 feet of shoreline and panoramic views of Lake Norman.

Amenities include a gated entry, a home automation system, a glass wine cellar, outdoor kitchen and infinity pool.

The highest-priced house on the market in Cornelius remains the mansion at the end of Harbor Light listed at $16 million.

The Mecklenburg County tax assessor values the property at more than $6 million.
