April 29. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) On April 23 recommended use of the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) COVID-19 vaccine resume after a temporary pause.

Novant Health will resume administering the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine starting Thursday, April 29. 

 When scheduling a vaccine appointment, all patients can view which brand is available at Novant vaccination sites on a given day or time and can select their appointment time, accordingly. Walk-ins are also welcome at all locations as supply allows.

 You do not have to be a Novant Health patient to make an appointment or walk-in for a vaccine. Use MyChart or if  you do not have a MyChart account, you can schedule as a guest at GetVaccinated.org.
