National Night Out is tonight

Aug. 6. National Night Out will be Tuesday, Aug. 6 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Smithville Park. There will be food, children’s activities, a K-9 demonstration, local vendors, touch-a-truck and more.

Adults are asked to bring school supplies to help “Pack the Patrol Car.” All supplies donated will be distributed to local schools.

This free public event promotes community safety and crime prevention.
