Main Street Veterinary Hospital celebrates 11th anniversary

April 13th Main Street Veterinary Hospital celebrated their 11th anniversary

April 17. On Saturday April 13 Main Street Veterinary Hospital celebrated their 11th anniversary by hosting an open house.

They showcased their new building which opened in January of this year. Among the various activities were hospital tours, teddy bear surgery for budding young surgeons, a bounce house, a petting zoo, face painting and many local pet vendors including photography, bakeries and apparel.

Food was provided by Mary’s hotdogs and Ricky’s burritos along with Kona lce and Eleven Lakes  Brewery.

Three local rescues, Cat of Davidson, LKN Humane and Naughty Donkey Sanctuary participated in adoption events—and six cats and three dogs were adopted out. In addition proceeds from a silent auction and donations from Eleven Lakes brewery sales totaled over $1,000 to benefit the three rescues.

Main Street Vet plans another big party next year. Also be sure to visit Main Street in the Pet Zone at Catawba walk on Saturday April 27th.

  1. Did not make it to your opening, but your new building is beautiful, and everyone seemed to enjoy yourselves. Your posts and videos are entertaining and funny. I wish the best for all of you.
