April 3. Lead with Your Talents is a leadership development program targeting emerging leaders in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg nonprofit arts and culture community.
This program, offered through the ASC, is designed and facilitated by Angelina Corbet, founder of The Mobius Co., and Bill Southerland of Anchors Consulting . It makes use of the Highlands Ability Battery.
The program provides opportunities for participants to enhance their leadership style by increasing self-awareness and understanding of their ideal work environment, personal style, decision-making and problem-solving processes, communication and learning.
Registrants will get access to the Highland Ability Battery by May 2. They will take the assessment on their own, and then gather for two in-person training to review the results of the assessment and deepen their understanding of the skills its outlines.
