Gov. Cooper appoints Henderson to State Judicial Council

Rebecca S. Henderson, a lawyer and mediator from Cornelius, has been named to the State Judicial Council by Gov. Roy Cooper. She previously served on the NC Bar Association Board of Trustees and the Equal Access to Justice Commission.
