Nov. 15. The 2023 Adopt-A-Family for the Holidays program with the Cornelius Police Department is underway.

The Police Department has had a great response from people requesting to sponsor a family for its Adopt-A-Family for the Holidays program and is no longer accepting sponsors.

If you would like to still help, the Police Department will be collecting gift cards to grocery stores/restaurants/other local retail stores. These gift cards will then be dispersed among the list of families in this year’s program.

Should you wish to donate gift cards, bring them to the Police Department anytime Monday-Friday from 8 am until 5 pm.
