Johann Sebastian Bach was born March 31, 1685

March 10. Organ at Davidson comes to a close this season on March 13 at Davidson College Presbyterian Church with organist Evan Currie displaying his talents for the annual Bach Birthday Bash.

A Charlotte native, Currie is Associate Director of Music and Organist at Myers Park United Methodist Church. He holds degrees in organ performance from Furman and Rutgers.

This recital, which starts at 7 pm, is free in-person and online at Davidson College Presbyterian Church.

Considered the greatest composer of organ music, Bach was born March 31, 1685.
