HomeGrown Sprouts Closing Reception
“Home Grown” is our annual exhibition, held each winter, showcasing the artworks of local adult artists. As an offshoot of that show, “Home Grown: Sprouts” features mixed media works created by campers, ages 4-16, during our 2019 Summer Arts & Recreation Camps.

Patriot Military Foundation: Service Dog Presentation
Learn about what matters to us most – serving our veteran and military community. You will have an opportunity to meet the veteran and dog pairings, the trainers, plus those who help make it happen, all while enjoying a craft brew from local brewery Eleven Lakes Brewing.
Family fun starts at 6:30 PM, followed by “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” at dusk, or approximately 8:30 PM.

Join a Ranger and enjoy a short hike at Lake Norman State Park. We will hike the .8 mile Alder Trail which follows the shorelines of Norwood and Hicks Creek. Participants can expect to discover flora and fauna which call the park home.
