Dorothy Blanche Davis, 74, of Huntersville died January 21, 2015. She was born on June 27, 1940 in Baton Rouge, LA to the late Thomas M. Mixon, II and Mary Overstreet Mixon.

Survivors include her husband Mercer Davis; son, J. Tom Davis and wife Maria of Houston, TX; daughter, Elizabeth Davis Anderson of Denver, NC; sister, Mary Katherine Mixon; grandchildren, Davis Anderson, Sydney Davis, Reid Anderson and Brooks Anderson.

A memorial service will be held at Lake Forest Church in Huntersville at5:00 PM Saturday, January 24 with Rev. Mitch White officiating. Visitation will follow.
