The Davidson Planning Board will hear an update July 27 on the Conditional Master Plan Amendment request from Saussy Burbank Homes, developer of the Davidson Cottages.

The developer proposes a residential community of 30 single-family homes and two duplexes (totaling 34 units) off Davidson Gateway Drive, along with public open space including a park, seating areas, and walking trails.

A public hearing will be scheduled for Aug. 25 at the Davidson Board of Commissioners regular meeting.
