June 24. The NC Dept. of Health & Human Services Thursday reported 394 new COVID-19 cases statewide and 15 new deaths attributable to the coronavirus.

Hospitalizations are at 429 statewide, down from 442 yesterday.

Positive testing is at 2.3 percent statewide; 2.2 percent in Mecklenburg

In Mecklenburg County, there were 31 new coronavirus cases as well as one new death.

North Mecklenburg (change from Wednesday to today)

Cornelius: 2 new cases, 2,891 cumulative; 25 deaths total.

Davidson: 3 new cases, 1,705 cumulative; 15 deaths total.

Huntersville: 10 new cases, 6,092 cumulative; 54 deaths total.
