Dec. 29. Whether you’re looking for live music, a seven-course meal, bowling or a jumpstart on that New Year’s resolution to learn how to ballroom dance, there’s something for everyone on New Year’s Eve. Here is a sampling of parties with all information coming from online event listings.

Harp & Crown LKN
Looking for early New Year’s Eve plans? Join Harp & Crown as it streams the London ball drop at 7 p.m. This family-friendly event features DJ James spinning hits from 6–9 p.m. A complimentary champagne toast will be offered at 7 p.m. for guests 21 and older. Dress to impress — it’s New Year’s Eve, after all. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

Boatyard LKN
Countdown to midnight at Boatyard with live music all night, party favors, photo opportunities, a champagne toast and more. This is the New Year’s Eve party everyone will be talking about. Tickets are $40 in advance or $50 at the door. Blue Monday, a tribute to the MTV generation, will perform classics from the ’80s and ’90s, plus a few modern guilty pleasures. Guests must be 21 or older.

Bin 110
Ring in 2026 with live music from Lake Norman favorites John Sullivan and Ryan Winters, teaming up for one unforgettable night.
The event is open to the public with no cover charge. Limited table reservations are available.

Dynamic Ballroom
Celebrate New Year’s Eve with an elegant, energetic evening of dancing at Dynamic Ballroom. The open dance party includes ballroom, Latin, line dance, club styles and more. A prosecco toast and light appetizers are included. No ballroom dance experience is required. Formal attire is recommended but not required. Tickets are $35 in advance or $45 at the door.

Old Town Public House
This will be Old Town Public House’s final New Year’s Eve celebration before closing in early January. The night features live music from The Long Drive Home, performing deep cuts and crowd-favorite ’90s hits. A champagne toast at midnight and party favors will be offered throughout the evening.

The Tropicana
Celebrate New Year’s Eve at The Trop from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. with special guest DJ A-Rod. A $5 cash entry includes a complimentary midnight toast and party favors.

Dive Bar Cornelius
Let the countdown to 2026 begin. Celebrate the New Year at Dive Bar with no cover from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. This is the last chance to experience “The Dive Before Christmas” pop-up.

Spare Time (Huntersville)
Ring in the New Year with games, bowling, food and fun at Spare Time. The late-night celebration begins at 10:30 p.m. and includes bowling and shoe rental for up to six guests per lane, one 16-inch cheese or pepperoni pizza, a soft drink pitcher per lane, one $10 Game Zone play card per guest and more. Cost is $214.99 per lane from 10:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Il Bosco Ristorante
Savor a seven-course tasting menu expertly paired with wines during the New Year’s Eve Duets Wine Dinner. The cost is $180 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

The Kilted Buffalo (Birkdale)
Ring in 2026 at The Kilted Buffalo’s New Year’s Eve party. DJ Mikko will spin music starting at 9:30 p.m. The celebration includes party favors, a free photo booth and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.
