Aug. 23. If the button-down work environment of the cubicle-dweller isn’t for you and period costumes are more your style, the Carolina Renaissance Festival has employment opportunities for you.

To find 350 seasonal employees, the festival is holding its first Job Faire event Friday and Saturday, Sept. 9 and 10, at the festival grounds, 16445 Poplar Tent Road, Huntersville. Employees will have the chance to take admission tickets, greet guests, hawk turkey legs and ale, and more.

Resumes are appreciated but not required for most positions with the festival.

The Carolina Renaissance Festival runs from Oct. 1 through Nov. 20. The interactive event is a combination of outdoor theater, circus, arts and crafts fair, jousting tournament, and feast.

Applicants can direct questions about the Job Faire via email to crfjobs@renfestinfo.com.
