April 13. Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools is providing a six week in-person summer learning and enrichment program for students. The program is designed to address unfinished instruction and the impacts COVID-19 had on the 2020-21 school year. All students will receive transportation if needed, daily meals, physical activity, social emotional learning supports, and instruction to meet individual student needs. Families may register at http://bit.ly/CampCMS as well as on individual school websites. Registration is open until April 16 at 11:59 pm. So far, more than 20,000 kids have registered.
