I do not know howyou could possible get an average rental rate of $1498 when most 1BR apts are $1700 to start.
Of course we pay more, Meck county is too expensive and taxes only keep rising.
It is becoming unaffordable and within 10 years, an exodus will occur like it is in NY, NJ, CA, etc.
