Annual free, family-friendly event celebrating Davidson athletics includes a football scrimmage, autograph sessions, games and concessions. Free admission and parking.

Saturday

New Dad Old Mom
Warehouse Performing Arts Center
7 p.m.

A stand-up comedy show featuring moms Jen Brown and Nancy Heiges, and dads Tyrone Burston and Alex King, bringing the laughs with a focus on parenting. Tickets cost $15.

Bailey Middle School cafeteria
10-11 a.m.

Free monthly event brings together active military, veterans and first responders for fellowship. This month’s speaker is Stewart Barbee, who served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam as a combat motion picture cameraman with an elite photographic unit, and also had a 30-year career as a freelance cinematographer in movies and television.
