Bake a pie for the Charlotte Rescue Mission Thanksgiving dinner

Nov. 21. Have you ever wondered how you could be creative in the kitchen and help people in need? The Charlotte Rescue Mission needs homemade desserts for its Thanksgiving Community Meal.

Drop it off at the Mission today and tomorrow between 9 am and 4 pm.

“While the Mission will always have enough sweet treats to go around,” says Rev. Tony Marciano, executive director, “there is something special about a homemade dessert.”

The Charlotte Rescue Mission is located at 907 W. 1st St. in Charlotte, diagonally opposite the Panthers Practice Fields. For more information, click here

The Charlotte Rescue mission provides a free 120-day Christian residential program for men and women who are addicted to drugs and/or alcohol and are predominately homeless.
