Attorney will address HOA issues

McIntosh Law Firm attorney Chris Gelwicks will be the keynote speaker at a Cedar Management Group gathering in Asheville Aug. 21. He will be discussing “The ABC’s of Managing your HOA.” Cedar, with more than 600 associations under management, is one of the largest single-family and condo management companies in the Carolinas. Gelwicks will discuss collection issues, Board of Directors duties, covenant violations and rentals, as well as  Fair Housing issues.
