American Legion Post 86 Installs New Officers
American Legion Post 86 in Cornelius has installed its new officers for the 2026-27 operating year. American Legion District 20 Commander Alicia Hill administered the oath of office to the new board members.

Post 86 is celebrating its 104th year of serving veterans in the Cornelius community.
The post holds its monthly dinner meeting at 6 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month at the Post 86 building, 21215 Legion St., Cornelius. New members of the veteran community are welcome to join Post 86.
