Ladies Night Out
Birkdale Village

Ladies Night Out returns with shopping, specials and prizes along The Parkway. Check in at 5 p.m. for a stroll map, raffle tickets and champagne. The afterparty begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails, raffles, music and more. Raffles start at 7 p.m.; winners must be present.

Open Mic Night
Learn Music
7:30-9 p.m

Open to all ages and skill levels, the event offers a welcoming opportunity for musicians to perform for the community. Whether it’s a first performance or a seasoned act, attendees can expect an evening of live music and connection. Performers can reserve a time slot through the event link, and guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.

Foil Fest 2026
Ramsey Creek Park
9 a.m.

Come fly with us. All efoil and foil enthusiasts are welcome to our 4th annual foil fest on Lake Norman. Learn more about the fastest growing watersport in the world.

Partnership Car Show Fundraiser
Hough High School
9 a.m.-noon

The car show is free to enter, with donations to Hough High School encouraged. First- and second-place trophies will be awarded in six classes, and a Best in Show winner will also be recognized. The partnership has raised $186,000 toward student assistance.

On My 6
Bailey Middle School cafeteria
10-11 a.m.

Monthly gathering for veterans with breakfast provided by Davidson Soda Shop. Speakers include Pastor Paul Turbedsky of the Cornelius Police Department, Jennifer Akin of White Oak Collaborative, and retired U.S. Army Colonel Manolito Garabato of Blue Star Families. Free to attend.

Players won’t just train—they’ll learn from seasoned leaders who bring deep expertise and a passion for developing youth talent.

Open House
Cornelius History Museum
2-4 p.m.

Step inside for a preview of the new museum opening this year that will shine a light on the history of Cornelius. The museum is located in the old Ag Building near Cornelius Elementary School.

Plant Bingo
Lost Worlds Brewing
3-6 p.m.

Guests will receive a complimentary drink, enjoy a custom photo booth and have chances to take home plant prizes, including rare cuttings. Along the way, organizers will share plant care tips and create opportunities to connect with fellow plant enthusiasts. Whether you’re new to houseplants or already have a thriving collection, no experience is required.

Jam for Jack
Old Town Event Center
4-9 p.m.

Calling all musicians and music lovers for a gathering and benefit concert to remember the life of Cornelius historian Jack Conard. Proceeds will benefit the Cornelius History Museum and the creation of a permanent Jack Conard exhibit.
