Aug. 9. David C. Judge, the pastor of First Baptist Church in Cornelius, has returned to the health insurance industry as Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Development for Crescent Health Solutions, a not-for-profit third-party administrator of employer health plans based in Asheville.

He is working remotely from his home in Cornelius while still working as the pastor of First Baptist Church of Cornelius on a part-time basis.

Judge is also chairman of Cornelius Early Scholars, which is going into its second school year in September.
