Sept. 9. Blake Bratcher is the new executive vice president at Flagship Healthcare Properties, in charge of the ambulatory surgery center strategy and portfolio. He will be responsible for the growth and direction of Flagship’s ASC initiative, centered on building strategic partnerships with surgery center operators and physicians to acquire, develop and manage ASCs across the country. Flagship is an outpatient healthcare real estate firm based in Charlotte.
