Nov. 7. Foxcroft Food & Wine in Birkdale Village is launching brunch for the first time this Sunday, running every week from noon to 4 p.m.
The menu features unique dishes like a smoked salmon plate with jammy eggs and horseradish-caper sauce, chicken and waffles with pimento cheese and hot honey syrup, and a green shakshuka with braised swiss chard, tomatillos, baked eggs, avocado, and goat cheese. Burgers and fried chicken sandwiches are among the other options available, and diners can also order house-made donuts.
The specialty drinks include a mimosa flight, sangria pitchers, bloody marys, build-your-own spritzes, and bottles of champagne.
“Our goal was to create a brunch that feels effortless and inviting but still delivers the same culinary quality and presentation our guests expect,” said Culinary Director Stephanie Klos. “It’s a space where you can relax over a bottle of sparkling wine, explore inventive dishes, and enjoy the sense of community that brunch naturally inspires.”
