Huntersville Commerce Center

Oct. 2. Opus has completed construction on the Huntersville Commerce Center, a 131,000-square-foot industrial building in The Park – Huntersville.

The project marks the developer’s first in the greater Charlotte market as it looks to expand its footprint in the Southeast. Colliers is handling leasing for the property.

“Charlotte has seen tremendous growth in recent years, and that growth shows no signs of slowing down, making it a desirable market for industrial and multifamily development,” said Kelly Dunbar, senior vice president of development with Opus. Dunbar recently joined the company from Charlotte-based Childress Klein.

Huntersville Commerce Center is located at 13601 Reese Boulevard, just south of Gilead Road.
