August 8. Fans of Lost Worlds Brewing no longer have to depend on food trucks or pizza delivery to sate their hunger while frequenting the brew house located in the Planet Fitness shopping center at One Norman Blvd. and West Catawba Ave.

The brewery posted an announcement to their website and social media feeds this week with a brand new menu from chef Seth Nash that features gastropub items with outdoorsy-themed names.

“Since its early days in business, Lost Worlds utilized food trucks to provide a variety of quality food options for its guests,” reads an announcement on LostWorldsBeer.com. “However, something was missing. Lost Worlds wanted the ability to deliver high quality food options, pair food with beer, host beer dinners, and offer catering options.”

Menu items include the Wilderness Bites fried mushrooms, Trailboss nachos, Pimento Peak cheeseburger and Blue Wedge Parkway salad. The kids menu features the Explorer Pup hot dog and Trail Toast grilled cheese sandwich. The brewer says all items on the menu can be made gluten free.

Items are priced $8-12 for appetizers, $12-19 for sandwiches and $12 for salads. There are also weekly specials like Taco Tuesdays and Wing Wednesdays.

The new menu is prepared in a mobile kitchen behind the restaurant that will open from Tuesday to Friday from 4-9pm and on Saturday from noon-9pm, with plans to extend hours in the future. Food trucks will still be available when the kitchen is not open.

Online ordering and catering are also available.
