August 7. A restaurant and sports complex with 16 new pickleball courts and TopGolf suites will open mid-September on Chartown Drive.
Owned by Robin and Jack Salzman, The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen sits on approximately 6.4 acres at 20220 Chartown Drive. It will have a total of 100 employees, according to Robin Salzman.
Total staff will be 100 employees.
The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen celebrated its official groundbreaking on May 31, 2025
The 51,086 square foot facility will be open Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 10 pm and Sunday from 7 am to 8 pm.
Salzman says the cuisine is “elevated casual,” with breakfast, lunch and dinner served.
The innovative indoor/outdoor sports and entertainment complex will offer an exciting blend of pickleball, dining and community engagement.
“Our mission is simple – to bring the community together in dynamic new ways through the excitement of sports and the joy of food,” Salzman said.

The Serve will be for everyone whether your a pickleball or golf enthusiast or just want to come for a fabulous meal or cocktail. This will be a state of the art facility. You could ride your bike there.
