1 killed on I-77 southbound

April 23. Southbound I-77 was still jammed at 9 am, almost four hours after a pedestrian was struck and killed about halfway between Exit 28 and the Westmoreland bridge. From the vantage point of the end of Chartown, just south of Life Fellowship Church, it looked like only one vehicle was involved.
