3-day lacrosse camp with Casey Powell benefits teen with Hodgkin’s lymphoma

May 28. Casey Powell, one of the biggest names in college and professional lacrosse, will be holding a three-day kids lacrosse camp in June to benefit a North Carolina teenager fighting cancer.

The Powell Lacrosse camp will be June 11-13th at Spartan Park in Huntersville for boys and girls ages eight to 17 years old.

The morning camp will feature instruction for both beginner and advanced players by a team of Powell Lacrosse players, including Casey Powell. Powell is a lacrosse hall of famer who starred at Syracuse University in the 1990s and played professionally for 12 years.

Proceeds will benefit the cancer fight of 15-year-old Tino Kelley, who was diagnosed last fall with stage four Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Click here for more information.
